Evil Geniuses
Sports Business Journal awarded the Esports Tech Innovations Award to my team for pioneering the use of data and analytics in esports to build a championship winning LCS team, using EG’s proprietary technology and data science team to discover new talent in the North American League of Legends scene; created leading talent development programs for Evil Geniuses League of Legends teams; and elevated strategy development for upcoming matches through automated insights that streamline the research for teams, allowing coaches more time to focus on the players.
Signed a multiyear partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise with the goal of bringing real-time data-driven insights to esports through AI and machine learning.
Factor.gg
Launched Factor.gg, a free-to-use esports analytics platform that provides in-depth statistical information for performance analysis of professional League of Legends.
Factor was renowned for real-time advanced stats, accurate win probabilities, and a clean user experience.
Site gained 7 million page views in less than two years with an average dwell time of 4 minutes.
Awarded 1 of 30 Global Franchises
Project director for organization’s franchise application into the most popular and fastest growing esports league in the world. The application included an 80-page strategic booklet and organization overview, custom microsite, video content, and three interviews with Riot Games. Evil Geniuses was successfully accepted into the Valorant Champions Tour Americas - one of 10 teams to be accepted out of over 200 applicants
Competitive Success
Led competitive operations for six athletics rosters of 53 athletes and 11 coaches that won the 2023 VALORANT World Championship, the 2022 LCS Spring Finals title, and launched the first ever mixed gender esports roster

Houston Outlaws
Responsible for leading business and team operations for the Houston Outlaws, one of the most popular organizations in the Overwatch League. The Overwatch League is the first major global professional esports league with city-based teams across Asia, Europe, and North America. Oversaw the Outlaws' first ever esports "home games" in Houston and the sale of the franchise to Beasley Media Group.
Infinite Esports & Entertainment
As EVP, Partnerships for company owned esports teams, OpTic Gaming, Houston Outlaws, & Obey Alliance, I led the entire sales strategy leading to a 300% YOY increase in revenue and negotiated and closed deals with Nissan, PepsiCo, H-E-B, T-Mobile, and GameStop while leading outreach to 200+ brands. Additionally, I assisted with marketing, communications, events, and brand-building of Houston Outlaws & OpTic Gaming
